Daniel J. Pierce was born in 1947. He received a B.S. degree in Finance and J.D. degree from De Paul University.  He was appointed to the Circuit Court of Cook County in April 2008 and elected to a six year term in November 2010. He was assigned to the Appellate Court in February 2013.
